Sinevibes Cache

For the past four months, the Sinevibes team has been working on a whole new suite of buffer-based algorithms – including looper, repeater, ping-pong reverser, time-stretcher and more. And now, the company is happy to release its first product to feature these effects: Cache real-time audio manipulator, currently available exclusively for KORG NTS-3 kaoss pad.

Cache is an effect plugin for real-time audio manipulation, designed specifically for the KORG NTS-3 kaoss pad. It allows you to set up a custom configuration of four different algorithms – and trigger them independently via four zones on the XY pad. The plugin’s sound engine records the incoming audio into a buffer and immediately manipulates it via one of the included algorithms: looper, repeater, stutter-style robotizer, ping-pong reverser, classic granular time stretching, or tape/vinyl stopper. With its high-quality playback interpolation, multiple fine-tuned envelopes, and completely smooth effect switching, Cache is an advanced, highly practical performance and sound design tool – which is also extremely fun and addictive to use.
