On September 1st, 2023 Baby Audio Inc. acquired all assets from the previous owners of Denise Audio. The Denise Audio plugins have some notable DSP inside them – while needing a little bit of improvement in other areas according to Baby Audio. Baby Audio currently working on a full revamp of their catalog.
Denise Audio will remain separate from Baby Audio and they have no plans of externally uniting the two brands. However, operating a second plugin company will give their team more options internally – since an additional product outlet means they can hire more developers and engage in more experimental R&D work. If you’re a Baby Audio user, all this will make no difference to you.
